Bacon and Egg Omelet with Cheese and Avocado

Start your day with a protein-packed breakfast that will keep you full until lunchtime. This bacon and egg omelette with cheese and avocado is the perfect way to start your day on a keto diet.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook until the edges start to set.
  4. Add the shredded cheese on top of the eggs and let it melt.
  5. Place the bacon on top of the melted cheese.
  6. Use a spatula to fold the omelette in half.
  7. Top with sliced avocado and serve hot.
