BLT Salad with Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomatoes

BLT Salad – Enjoy a flavourful, keto-friendly version of the classic BLT sandwich with this delicious salad that features bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
