Keto Breakfast Burrito with Sausage, Cheese, and Mushrooms 

Start your day off right with this delicious keto breakfast burrito! Packed with spicy sausage, melted cheese, and savory mushrooms, it’s the perfect low-carb option for your morning meal. This easy-to-make keto dish is sure to keep you full and fueled throughout the day!

 

Ingredients:

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 4 ounces sausage, diced

– 1/2 cup mushrooms, diced

– 1/4 cup diced onion

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 eggs, whisked

– 1/2 cup shredded cheese

– 4 low-carb tortillas

– Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Instructions:

– Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

– Add the sausage, mushrooms, onion and garlic and cook until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

– Add the whisked eggs and scramble until cooked.

– Add the shredded cheese and stir until melted.

– Place the mixture into the center of each tortilla.

– Roll up the burritos and place in the skillet.

– Cook for 2-3 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown.

– Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
