Keto Oatmeal with Almond Milk and Walnuts

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat.
  2. Once the milk is warm, add the rolled oats, chia seeds, walnuts, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are combined and the mixture begins to thicken.
  4. Reduce heat to low and continue stirring for approximately 5 minutes or until the oatmeal is creamy and thick.
