Keto Turkey Burgers with Cheese and a Side of Roasted Broccoli

For lunch, try these delicious and satisfying keto turkey burgers with cheese and a side of roasted broccoli. This meal is packed with protein and fiber, making it the perfect lunch to keep you energized throughout the day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ground turkey, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
