Ingredients:
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Spoon the beef mixture into the bell pepper halves and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
