Tuna Salad with Olive Oil and Lemon Dressing 

Make a tasty, low-carb lunch with this tuna salad. The olive oil and lemon dressing bring out the flavor of the tuna for a light and flavorful lunch that’s perfect for a keto diet.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 2 celery stalks, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, celery, red onion, and parsley.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.
